Facebook Quietly Rolls Out “Suggested Time” Feature for Scheduled Posts

Facebook is reportedly testing a new “Suggested Time” connected to their scheduled posts feature.

The “Suggested Time” is designed to suggest to page admins the window of time that their fans are most active on the platform as the best time to make a new post. The new screen is not as different from the previous “Schedule Post” view, however, it now includes a section titled “Suggested” that names the day of the week and time that your fans were most active last week as a guide for when to make this post.

This option has previously been rolled out in a variety of third-party social media management tools, however, because this feature has been developed and implemented by Facebook themselves using their internal data–it’s certainly worth taking a serious look. And while Facebook post scheduling has its hiccups, Facebook has continued to make it the best option for post scheduling on the platform–allowing users a clear picture of what their post will look like as well as options to completely zero-in on the audience you want to reach.

Although, this new feature is still in testing, with no clear date of a full release. So keep your eyes out!

What do you think of the “Suggested” feature? When you do you think your fans are most active?
