I’ve Signed Up. Now What Do I Do?

One of the most common questions we get in Multibrain support after someone has signed up for the system is, “What do I do next?” It’s a great question! Especially if you’re new to Social Media.

To help you get started, we created a 3-step system that ANYONE can learn and use to become successful in promoting their online business. It’s so simple that it can be can be explained in just 3 words: Post, Market, Respond. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Post
Use the Content Planner and Set Up Your Week feature to plan out all of your content. The more content you post, the higher the chance people will interact with it. A good place to start is 1 post per day for each connection (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).

Step 2: Market
After you’ve set up plenty of great content, start advertising with our Boost feature. A study by Lyfe Marketing showed the cost to reach 1,000 new people with Social Media Ads is 23x CHEAPER than direct mail. Boosting as post, otherwise known as Facebook advertising, is the most cost efficient way to show your business to new people!

Step 3: Respond
Once you’ve posted and boosted content, use the Prospect Center to manage all of your comments and interactions. On Social Media, comments and messages are the most important interactions for your business because they allow you to interact directly with a specific fan or follower. Here, you can respond to their comments or see your history with a particular user. That way you can see what they resonate with most and strike up a conversation about it!
