These Terms of Use (“Terms”) cover your use of multibrain.net and the Brainstorm AI Opportunity Audit, offered by Multibrain Network, Inc. (“Multibrain,” “we,” “us”), 6278 N Federal Hwy, Suite 59, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308. By using the site, you accept these Terms. Client project work is governed by the contract each client signs, not by this page.
1. Brainstorm
- Brainstorm is free to use, and we may change, limit or stop offering it at any time.
- Its output is generated by AI. It may be wrong or incomplete, and it is not legal, financial or other professional advice.
- You must be entitled to submit the website or description you give Brainstorm, and you are responsible for what you enter.
- Your audit is kept at a private link, and anyone you share that link with can open it.
- You may use and share your own audit results for your organization’s own purposes. Multibrain keeps ownership of Brainstorm, the site and its content; see “Our content” below.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or Brainstorm for any unlawful purpose;
- interfere with or overload the site’s operation;
- attempt to get around our spam checks or rate limits;
- scrape the site in an automated way; or
- submit content to Brainstorm that you have no right to share.
3. Our content
The site’s text, design and logos, and Brainstorm itself, belong to Multibrain.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information through the site and Brainstorm.
5. Other websites
The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we link to.
6. No warranties
The site and Brainstorm are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Multibrain is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Brainstorm, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to US$100.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute arising from them will be heard in the courts of Delaware.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes here and move the “Last updated” date above.
